PURCHASING TERMS

You must meet the following requirements to place an order on this site:
- Be a legal person
- Be of legal age on the day the order is placed
- Have full legal capacity

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by Alissi Brontë Canada are those that appear on the day you consult the site, subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable, our Customer Service Department will notify you by email as soon as possible of cancellation or partial delivery of your order. We will immediately ship you those items that are available, with the remainder of the order to be shipped at a later date. Divided orders will not result in any extra shipping charges for express orders.

PRICES

All product prices appear in the respective currency of each boutique. Applicable prices are those appearing on the site at the time you place your order, with the exception of typographical errors. Prices include all taxes, particularly VAT applicable on the day the order is placed. However, product shipping fees and duties will be added to the total order price and specified in the order summary or email confirmation.

Prices are subject to sales tax and any change to legal sales tax rates will be reflected in the prices of products offered on the site as of the date specified in the decree instituting the change. Currency exchange fees and bank charges may apply to purchases made with a credit card connected to a bank account located outside the United States of America. The customer is solely responsible for payment of such fees and charges.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time and without prior notice. However, such modifications will not concern orders accepted prior to such modifications taking effect, subject to availability of the items ordered.

Payment Methods

PAYMENT

Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order. Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) are the only accepted method of payment. We use a PAYPAL secure payment system and guarantee that we never have access to confidential information concerning the payment method used for your order.

DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
The carrier responsible for shipping the products undertakes to deliver packages within the following periods:


- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days (applicable delivery charge apply)

CHANGES TO ORDERS
